With over 26 years of his practice focused solely on workers’ compensation, Dick offers a comprehensive understanding of litigation defense and settlement. Insurance companies, claims adjusters, TPAs and self-insureds benefit from his ability to provide pragmatic solutions. His work ethic and client-service philosophy have gained respect and trust from our clients; they appreciate his accessibility and direct answers.

He has the ability to balance the many aspects of legal defense. He assesses and provides a comprehensive liability exposure, along with defense strengths and case strategy, understands client priorities, and provides objective advice that correlates to the best possible outcome – whether it is aggressive litigation or reasonable settlement options.

Before joining Cousineau, Dick was in-house counsel for five years with CIGNA Property and Casualty defending workers’ compensation and civil liability cases.
