Parker is presently involved with the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including settlements with intervenors, witness depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
Prior to joining Cousineau Waldhauser, & Kieselbach, Parker was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Looby, Judge of District Court, First Judicial District, Minnesota. He performed legal research, wrote memoranda, recommended decisions, and drafted orders for the Court. While in law school, Parker served as a legal extern for a corporation working in employment law, securities regulation, and E-discovery.
In his free time, Parker enjoys spending time with his wife and new puppy. Parker is also an avid runner and sports fan. Originally from San Francisco, CA, he always imagined himself growing up and playing for the Giants. However, he soon discovered that his athletic abilities were much better suited for a career in law.
