Parker is a shareholder at Cousineau, Waldhauser, & Kieselbach, and is presently involved with the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including file management, strategy recommendations, settlements with intervenors, witness depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
He joined the firm in February 2016. Prior to joining Cousineau Waldhauser, & Kieselbach, Parker was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Timothy J. Looby, Judge of District Court, First Judicial District, Minnesota. He performed legal research, wrote memoranda, recommended decisions, and drafted orders for the Court. While in law school, Parker served as a legal extern for a corporation working in employment law, securities regulation, and E-discovery.
In his free time, Parker enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog. Parker also enjoys exercising and traveling. Originally from San Francisco, CA, he is still an avid fan of the Bay Area sports teams.
