Emily is presently involved with the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including negotiating settlements with intervenors, witness depositions, hearings and motion practice.
Prior to joining Cousineau McGuire, she was a Certified Student Attorney for the Community Justice Project Clinic and the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she worked with local community leaders to advance social enterprise projects. She also served as a law clerk for a local law firm where she provided litigation support, drafted pleadings and conducted legal research.
