Cousineau McGuire Announces That It Will Operate As Two Firms
Cousineau McGuire is pleased to announce that its Workers Compensation and Civil Litigation practice groups will begin operating as two new firms in November/December 2016. While not an easy decision, we believe this change will best allow each group to continue providing our clients with quality, dedicated, and effective representation as we move into the future.
The Workers Compensation group will become Cousineau, Waldhauser & Kieselbach, P.A. and will be moving to an office in Mendota Heights, near the location where most of its hearings are held. The Civil Litigation group will become Cousineau, Van Bergen, McNee & Malone, P.A., and will be moving to an office in Minnetonka, maintaining the firm’s 30 year presence on the western side of Minneapolis. Further details and contact information will be provided in the coming months.
In looking forward to their new beginnings, it was important for both firms to recognize the Cousineau history upon which these new firms were founded and which will always connect the firms and their attorneys as we move ahead. Cousineau McGuire values its history and the longstanding relationships with its clients. We look forward to maintaining these relationships while providing the best possible legal services to our clients which have caused the firm to thrive for over 65 years, with many years to come.
