ANDREW J CARBALLO
Andrew is presently involved with the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including negotiating settlements with intervenors, witness depositions, hearings and motion practice.
Prior to joining Cousineau, Waldhauser, & Kieselbach, he was a law clerk at Hennepin County District Court, Fourth Judicial District, Minnesota. He performed legal research, wrote memoranda, recommended decisions, and drafted orders for the Court.
While in law school, Andrew served as a law clerk at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office in the civil division and special litigation division where he successfully argued a case before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He also served as a law clerk at the Institute of Justice and Department of Homeland Security – ICE, focusing on constitutional law and immigration law.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys traveling, staying active outside with his dog Moose, and spending time with his friends and family. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, he is still coming to grips with living as an avid Wisconsin sports fan in Minnesota.
