THOMAS P. KIESELBACH

Experience

Tom has been practicing in the area of workers’ compensation law for over 35 years. He is a well-known litigator representing employers, self-insureds and insurance companies. Tom is a problem solver. He is known for his attention to detail, comprehensive preparation and results.

 

Tom is a longstanding adjunct professor of law who has significantly contributed to the legal profession. Many of his students are now litigators in firms across the state. In 2007, Tom was honored by being selected as a charter member of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. He is now serving a three year term on its National Board of Governors. Tom is also Minnesota’s representative for the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network and Larson’s National Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board. His peers have voted to list him in Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and “Top 40 Workers’ Compensation Attorneys.”

 

Tom loves the game of golf.  It has been a passion since childhood.  In an alternate universe, he would be a professional golfer.  Alas, it is not so.  He is fortunate to work at a great firm with fantastic people.  Golf can wait.
