John practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense. His active litigation practice involves work in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
John represents clients at all hearing and appellate levels, and his cases include complex, multiple-party litigation. He has handled precedent setting cases of first legal impression; John successfully represented Coca-Cola in the landmark Minnesota Supreme Court decision of Jacka v. Coca-Colawhich validated, and held constitutional, the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Medical Treatment Parameter Rules.
